Compared to the 3rd week of March, this week the number of positions needed increased by 422 positions, with a total of 5347 employees needed. Among them, the IT industry has the strongest decreasing trend.

Specifically, the information technology industry tended to decrease last week in all three industry groups IT, Internet and Software, recruiting 470, 328 and 285 employees, respectively. Among them, the IT industry decreased the most, nearly half compared to the previous week

Job opportunities are concentrated in Ho Chi Minh City with 62 positions, while Hanoi needs 76 positions. All three industries prioritize recruitment at Middle-senior level, followed by Entry level.

The banking industry has a slight decrease, currently recruiting 168 positions. Meanwhile, the finance and insurance industries increased slightly, by 149 and 45 positions, respectively.

Job opportunities in the banking industry are concentrated mainly in Ho Chi Minh, with 100 positions. The remaining two industries are distributed quite evenly in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. In particular, all three industries prioritize Middle Senior Level recruitment.

In general, the Real Estate and Construction industries both had a slight but not significant increase, to 43 and 17 positions, respectively.

Recruitment demand is almost equally distributed in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, with 7 and 11 positions by industry, respectively. In general, businesses prioritize recruiting at the Middle Senior Level.

The F&B and Food Production industries were a bright spot last week, both industries tended to increase after 2 consecutive weeks of decline, at 81 and 65 respectively.
The market is more concentrated in HCM with a total of 49 positions, Hanoi only has 7 positions. The most in-demand positions are Associate Level and Middle - Senior level.
Overall, the retail industry and the fashion industry did not have much change, with 112 and 29 positions respectively.

The allocation opportunities are quite similar in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, 13 and 19 respectively. All industries have high recruitment demand for Middle - Senior level positions.

So với tuần 1 tháng 3, tuần này số vị trí cần tuyển giảm 767 vị trí, với tổng 3185 nhân viên cần tuyển. Trong đó, ngành Ngân hàng có xu hướng giảm mạnh nhất.

Cụ thể, ngành công nghệ thông tin có chiều hướng giảm trong tuần vừa qua ở cả ba nhóm ngành IT, Internet và Software, lần lượt còn tuyển 357, 268 và 230 nhân sự. Trong đó, ngành IT giảm mạnh nhất, gần một nửa so với tuần trước. Cơ hội việc làm tập trung tại TP.HCM với 231 vị trí, trong khi đó Hà Nội cần 198 vị trí. Cả 3 ngành đều ưu tiên tuyển dụng Middle-senior level, tiếp đến là Entry level.

Ngành ngân hàng có một sự giảm mạnh, gần 4 lần so với tuần trước. Trong khí đó, ngành tài chính và bảo hiểm tăng nhẹ, lần lượt là 156 và 30 vị trí. Cơ hội việc làm của ngành ngân hàng tập trung chủ yếu ở Hồ Chí Minh, với 100 vị trí. Hai ngành còn lại phân bổ khá tương đều ở Hà Nội và Hồ Chí Minh. Trong đó, cả ba ngành đều ưu tiên tuyển dụng Middle Senior Level.

Nhìn chung, ngành Bất động sản và ngành Xây dựng đều có sự giảm nhẹ nhưng không đáng kể, lần lượt là 33 và 17 vị trí. Nhu cầu tuyển dụng phân bổ gần như tương đương ở Hồ Chí Minh và Hà Nội, lần lượt theo ngành là 12 và 9 vị trí. Nhìn chung, các doanh nghiệp ưu tiên tuyển dụng Middle Senior Level.

Ngành F&B và Food Production tiếp tục có xu hướng giảm sau một tuần tăng nhẹ, lần lượt là 64 và 69. Thị trường tập trung nhiều hơn ở HCM với tổng 43 vị trí, Hà Nội chỉ có 13 vị trí. Trong đó vị trí cần tuyển nhiều nhất là Associate Level và Middle - Senior level.

Tổng quan, ngành bán lẻ và ngành thời trang đều có sự giảm nhẹ nhưng không đáng kể, lần lượt là 33 và 37 vị trí. Cơ hội việc làm tại Hồ Chí Minh cao hơn các tỉnh khác và có khoảng 32 vị trí cần tuyển. Tất cả các ngành hàng đều có nhu cầu tuyển dụng cao ở vị trí Middle - Senior level.
