Work Integrated Learning Model

The world is changing very fast and now it's preparing for the next industrial revolution which is called IR 4.0. So many work force demands are going to be changed as well. IR 4.0 will be the era of Digital Technology (DT). That means now the traditional IT (Information Technology) professionals are required to be transformed them self to stay relivent for the up coming industry needs. Beside hard skills, IT professionals are also required to build other relevant skill set which will be trained on this program.

The Head mentor of this program is John Masud Parvez and will work closely with the selected candidate to develop them.

​In professional life, John is Group IT Director of Hoan My Medical Corporation. Hoan My Medical Corporation have just won Best Asian Technology and Innovation Projects in Healthcare Award at Hospital Management Asian 2019 conference.

Prior to that, John was in charge of Technology Project Development for RMIT University and implemented the Digital transformation for the Universities all campuses.

IT Shaper internship program has different duration based on type of students:
Undergraduate Students

• 4 months
• 6 months

Post Graduate Students

• ​6 months
• 12 months

Commitment: Total 20 hours per weeks (16 hours in VSHR office during weekend)

After you complete your internship you can extend the duration and also can open for different career opportunities.
