The purpose of 'VSHR Success factor' is develop, boost capabilities which are required to achieve of the goals of the organization and also personal career goals of the members as well.

Social development is all about passion as social develop is something requires time, idea, efforts and also strategies. To overcome those what is required is the "incredible passion".

That's why we organize this "Seeding the Inspiration" workshop to pass along that "incredible passion" to other members/people, so they will also move forward to do social develop, help the community.

VSHR Academy

VSHR Academy is founded by Vietnamese Social Health Revolution (VSHR) to

• Inspire
• Upskill

the social workers and students of Vietnam. So they can contribute in better way for the Vietnamese social-economics.  ​

On 2018 VSHR Academy provided scholarship which total value of most 2,500,000 VND (2.5 Billion VND) for Vietnamese social developer's skill development. ​

VSHR Award Programs for Members
​

1. VSHR STAR AWARD Program 

'SHR AWARD' program is to recognize VSHR member's  amazing effort in to our SHR. This Award program will provide award to the great members of our team. There will be two types of awards:

• SHR Silver Award ( every 3 months) Number : 1 - 3 Person
• SHR Golden Award ( every 1 year) Number : 1 - 2 person

Few rules about the award:

• The nomination will come from every departments and teams. The selection of the winners will be made by open voting system and moderation.
• Every regular members are eligible for both awards. (John and advisory members are not eligible for this award program)
• We will have formal Award ceremony for announcing the winners. SHR Golden Award winners will be placed as HALL OF FAME (HERO of SHR).
• A formal communication will be made to our social media about the every winners.
• The First round of 'Silver award' will be announced by 30 September 2017
• To be nominated for the SILVER Award, A member needs to a SHR member for at least 3 months.
• To be nominated for the GOLDEN Award, A member needs to a SHR member for at least 12 months.
• Winner of these awards, are welcome to include that to profile, linkedin, facebook, resume, CV for their personal and career profile.

2. VSHR Project Leader Summit 

This is the project development contest among of VSHR's different Units/Departments. The purpose of VSHR Project Leader Summit, is to BOOST the project management skills, capabilities and RECOGNIZE the best performing UNIT. 

Key points 

• Present, Challenge, Discuss and review of the Progress of all projects run by different VSHR Department / UNITS
• Frequency: Every month!
• On the contest, the best performing UNIT's every (contributing) member will receive - Best Performer Of the month Certificate from VSHR 
• Management team will interview the winning team and also publish the interview to VSHR network. 

3. VSHR STAR Project Award 

This is the award which will be provided to the any units/department who will successfully deliver their project and meet the project objectives. 

Key points 

• After successfully completing the project the VSHR Department / Units will do a presentation to the Program Director and how they did completed this process. 
• The VSHR Unit/Department which will successfully deliver the project, every (contributing) member will receive a "VSHR STAR Project" award certificate. 
• Management team will interview the winning team and also publish the interview to VSHR network to announce, recognize their achievement.  

​The Road map of VSHR Program

The goal of the project is to make the Vietnamese Health service as good as Singapore or even better. Everyone complained about Vietnamese Health service but no one taking a holistic action to  improve it. We want to improve and solve that problem by this project. These are the stages we are moving forward:

​Stage 1. Research and collect information on health sector and community
Stage 2. Build Medical community and Social community
Stage 3. Develop medical community and social community
Stage 4. Collaborate to identify the issues, and document them
Stage 5. Collaborate, build partnership and identify the solutions which will  drive us from existing service model to desired service model. 
Stage 6. Develop Solutions and roll out phase by phase (district, then city, then province, and then country level)
Stage 7. Health is something related to humanity. There are countries like Cambodia, Laos also need a better heath service model. We can roll out there too. World will know Vietnam one more time because of doing it.

All those above stages, there will be multiple phases and milestones to reach stages.

VSHR Scholarships 

VSHR Scholarship program provides scholarships to the top performing members of VSHR. For 2018, there are 30 scholarships will be given to the top performing members of VSHR.
