During the program as you know, each learning cycle (week), we are taking input from your project team, project/department lead, Program Leader, and also Your project's report too. 

But we also don't want to stop there, we also want to hear about your own assessment of your own performance as well. 

So moving forward, by Every Friday please submit your own assessment about yourself. If you do this then we will receive a +2 bonus points with your Cycle point.

The vision and the mission of VSHR PRO Academy are to Reach a day, when every Vietnamese professional feel happy and safe at work, gets the necessary support to grow their career in the industry, and reaches to their career success.

'Pro' stands for Professionals. VSHR PRO Academy is one wing of VSHR Social Academy.

Scoring System

In our life, the most valuable asset is our own time. So this program shows how you can make the best use of every day of your life so you can make the best possible impact on yourself, your family, your career, and to the people around you. 

During the program, every week is important to you as you will be scored based on your performance every week. Here during the program, one week is called "one learning cycle".

Your Skill Map

After you start your program journey after 2 weeks you will receive your first skill map. And then you will receive your updated skill map every month. So in your 6 months of journey, you will have a total of 6 skill maps that will show how you have progressed during the program.

Then after finishing the program, you have the transcript of the program which will be showing your 12 skill maps during your 1-year journey at the program. 

Awards

Based on the performance of a scholar, every scholar will receive the following two

Program Transcript: Each successful scholar will receive this. It will be showing the 6 skill maps to visualize the progress of the scholar during the 6 months of the program

Award Certificate: Based on the scholar's score, will be awarded the following types of certificates

• High Distinction Award
• Distinction Award
• Pass Award

Scholar's Social Group

We have also established a social media group that works as a platform to share, connect and help pro-academy scholars. Pro Academy's all scholars are professionals and have experience. So connecting and sharing those experiences, and expertise will be very valuable among Scholars. 

This will be a great platform for all different seasons scholars and alumni.
