Example Case: I am a doctor
​I am a doctor for a hospital or clinic. I want to become a 'specialist ' in next 2 - 3 years of time or I want to become a Medical Director/medical manager. But in my present job, what a do those develop my skills as a doctor and give me treatment experience only, but DOES NOT give others skills - leaderships, vision, planning, project management, team work which I need to achieve to become a recruitment manager. Example Case: I am a pharmacist
