Impact shapers is a practical skill development Internship to Career Success program for students to achieve the following goals :
  • Help Students to develop practical skills through working on different social impact projects!
  • Develop professional and organization driving skills to make students employable! 
  • Train students in - Project Management, Problem solving and  presentation skills to they can be employable! 
  • Scale up student's talent to step forward for a bright future!
  • Provide incubator support and fast track path to develop their own social enterprise, Enterprise etc!

Develop Practical skills

You will have the great opportunities to work on all great social development projects of Vietnam Social Health Revolution (VSHR) to create great positive social impact. VSHR is running different social development projects for orphanage, old home , students and unprivileged people. While working on those projects, you will learn how to develop a project and achieve sustainable goals. See all the projects of VSHR.  

Professional Skills Development

You will work in different departments inside VSHR, in which you want to develop your future career.

​Example: you would like to be an Public Relations officer, you can join the VSHR Public Relations Department or in case You would like to be Mobile application development, then you can join the IT Services team and develop mobile app to make social impact! See all the departments of VSHR.

Become Highly Employable

In our research we saw fresh graduates face great difficulties to get their first job and that's happen due to the lack off the following skills:
  • Project Management
  • Problem Solving
  • Presentation Skills

You will join different skill development workshops, training programs where you will have more chances to work with great mentors, trainers to make yourself highly employable for bright career.

Opportunity to work on Sustainable Development

VSHR believes sustainable development is the true development, but sustainable development takes a long preparation and also a lot of tactical works unlike traditional charity work. So if your internship, you will may see certain phases of whole project. But you will definitely being part of an amazing journey. During your internship, you will do a lot of strategic work, planning, leadership, coordination, create materials, videos, research, presentation, workshop and also field works based on on the need of the project you will be assigned. ​

Duration of the Internship

Junior Project Officer Impact Shaper internship program has different duration based on type of students:
Undergraduate Students
  • 6 weeks - 8 weeks
  • 12 weeks
  • 16 weeks
Post Graduate Students
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 12 months
  • 24 months
  • 36 months

Customized Internship or Research project based duration is also available.

If your contribution get rated as outstanding and you go beyond your role/responsibilities, then you will receive a special award named - Social Shaper. This is a special honor award for our interns. That will become a great achievement for you to showcase in your life, career, and profile.
