So với cùng kì tuần trước, số vị trí tuyển dụng cần thiết giảm hơn 10% - tương đương với 460 vị trí. Cụ thể, nhóm ngành công nghệ thông tin đứng đầu về số lượng tuyển dụng nhưng giảm hơn giảm hơn 36%. Ngân hàng giảm hơn 6%, ngược lại, ngành tài chính tăng 12% so với tuần trước, Marketing và quảng cáo tăng 16%.

Vào tuần thứ 2, IT giảm nhẹ hiện tuyển 345 nhân sự, Internet giảm mạnh từ 287 xuống còn 135 vị trí cần tuyển. Software tăng nhẹ hiện tuyển cho 248 vị trí.

IT, Software tập trung tuyển dụng Entry và Middle Senior level, Internet cần nhân sự ở Associate và Middle Senior level.

Cả Ngân hàng và Bảo hiểm đều có xu hướng giảm. Ngân hàng hiện tuyển 101 nhân sự - giảm 7 vị trí, bảo hiểm giảm nhẹ 3 vị trí và hiện cần 43 nhân sự. Ngành Tài chính tăng hơn 12% và hiện cần 128 nhân sự trên toàn quốc.

Cả ba ngành đều tập trung vào tuyển dụng cấp Entry level và Middle-senior level.

Nhu cầu tuyển dụng nhóm ngành bất động sản giảm mạnh - giảm hơn 93% so với tuần trước. Bất động sản giảm 9 vị trí, hiện cần 28 nhân sự. Xây dựng giảm nhẹ và tuyển 18 vị trí. Ngành bất động sản thương mại giảm mạnh nhất và hiện chỉ tuyển 5 vị trí. 

3 ngành đều cần nhân lực chủ yếu vị trí Middle Senior level với số lượng ngày một giảm đi. 

Cả 2 ngành F&B và sản xuất thực phẩm đều có xu hướng tăng nhẹ. F&B tăng 13% - 9 vị trí và hiện tuyển 76 nhân sự. Ngành sản xuất thực phẩm tăng 28% hiện tuyển cho 58 vị trí.

Hơn nữa, F&B và Sản xuất Thực phẩm tập trung nhiều nhất vào Middle Senior level, tiếp đến là Entry level. 

Ngành bán lẻ và thời trang có mức giảm tương đối. Trong đó bán lẻ tuyển hơn 80 vị trí và thời trang cần thêm 20 nhân sự. Ngay khi đó ngành hàng tiêu dùng tăng 7 vị trí - hiện cần 84 nhân sự, ngành hàng tiêu dùng điện tử hiện cần 25 nhân sự.

Các ngành Bán lẻ, sản phẩm tiêu dùng tập trung tuyển ở Entry và Middle-senior level. Điện tử tiêu dùng và thời trang tập trung nhiều hơn ở Middle-senior level.

Construction eased and recruited 18 positions. The commercial real estate industry fell the most and is currently recruiting only 5 positions.

All 3 industries need human resources mainly for Middle Senior level positions with a decreasing number.

Both F&B and food manufacturing have a slight uptrend. F&B increased 13% - 9 positions and currently employs 76 employees. The food manufacturing industry increased by 28%, currently recruiting for 58 positions.

Furthermore, F&B and Food Production focus most on Middle Senior level, followed by Entry level.

The retail and fashion industries experienced a relative decline. In which, retail needs more than 80 positions and fashion needs 20 more employees. At that time, the consumer goods industry increased by 7 positions - currently needing 84 employees, the consumer electronics industry currently needs 25 employees.

Retail and consumer products industries focus on recruiting at Entry and Middle-senior level. Consumer electronics and fashion are more concentrated at the Middle-senior level.
