Ngay tuần cận ngày lễ lớn, các doanh nghiệp và ngành nghề gia tăng nhu cầu tuyển dụng hơn 17% so với đầu tháng. Toàn thị trường Việt Nam cần tuyển hơn 4800 nhân sự.

Trong đó Software dẫn đầu với hơn 730 vị trí. Nhóm ngành ngoài công nghệ thông tin nổi bật nhất là tài chính - với hơn 130 vị trí.

IT tuyển 311 nhân sự. Software đứng đầu nhóm ngành công nghệ - cần 737 nhân sự. Internet tăng hơn 32 vị trí và cần 191 nhân sự.

IT và Software tập trung tuyển dụng cấp Entry level và Middle-senior level, riêng Internet cần nhân sự ở Associate và Middle-Senior level.

Tài chính, ngân hàng và bảo hiểm có xu hướng tuyển dụng tăng. Tài chính đứng đầu với 137 vị trí tuyển dụng. Ngân hàng cần hơn 80 nhân sự. Bảo hiểm cần tuyển 68 nhân sự.

Cả ba ngành đều tập trung vào tuyển dụng cấp Entry level và Middle-senior level.

Nhóm ngành bất động sản giảm mạnh trong tuần này. Ngành Bất động sản giảm còn 31 vị trí, xây dựng chỉ cần 10 nhân sự trên toàn quốc. Bất động sản thương mại thấp nhất - chỉ tuyển 4 vị trí. 

3 ngành đều cần nhân lực chủ yếu vị trí Middle Senior level với tổng nhân lực cần thiết thấp nhất trong các nhóm ngành.

Cả F&B và sản xuất thực phẩm đều giảm mạnh. F&B giảm 44 vị trí hiện cần 69 nhân sự, Food Production cần tuyển 72 nhân sự.

Trong đó Middle Senior level và Entry level được tập trung nhiều nhất ở cả 2 ngành F&B và Sản xuất Thực phẩm.

Bán lẻ và hàng tiêu dùng có xu hướng giảm, thời trang và điện tử tiêu dùng tăng nhẹ, Bán lẻ giảm còn 85 vị trí. Hàng tiêu dùng cần 49 nhân sự. Thời trang chỉ cần 26 nhân sự trên toàn quốc, điện tử tiêu dùng cần 17 nhân sự.

Các ngành Bán lẻ, sản phẩm tiêu dùng, điện tử tiêu dùng tập trung tuyển ở Entry và Middle-senior level. Thời trang cần nhân sự ở Middle-senior level.

In the week leading up to the big holiday, businesses and industries increased recruitment demand by more than 17% compared to the beginning of the month. The whole Vietnamese market needs to recruit more than 4,800 employees. In which Software leads with more than 730 positions. The most prominent non-IT industry group is finance - with more than 130 positions.

IT recruited 311 employees. Software leads the technology industry group - needs 737 employees. The Internet increased more than 32 positions and needed 191 employees.
