Định nghĩa về quan hệ nhân viên được nêu rõ:“Mất kỳ mối quan hệ doanh nghiệp giữa tổ chức và người lao động hoặc nhân viên, liên quan đến sự nỗ lực về thể chất, tình cảm, hợp đồng và thực tế của người sử dụng lao động để duy trì mối quan hệ tích cực với nhân viên của mình, dẫn đến tăng tỷ lệ giữ chân nhân viên, hạnh phúc và năng suất .”

Việc không xây dựng quan hệ nhân viên sẽ dẫn đến tinh thần làm việc thấp, giảm năng suất và tăng tỷ lệ nghỉ việc. Vậy phương pháp xác định và giải quyết các vấn đề kết nối của nhân viên là gì?

Xác định các vấn đề mối quan hệ nhân viên

• Quan sát và theo dõi hành vi để biết các dấu hiệu của sự buông thả, chẳng hạn như không tham dự các cuộc họp hoặc sự kiện xã hội, giao tiếp kém và giảm năng suất.
• Khảo sát phản hồi của nhân viên về mức độ kết nối của họ với công ty và đồng nghiệp.
• Phân tích tỷ lệ nghỉ việc, nếu kết quả cao có nghĩa là nhân viên không kết nối với công ty hoặc đồng nghiệp của họ.
• Theo dõi tình trạng vắng mặt, nếu nó xảy ra thường xuyên, nhân viên hoàn toàn không gắn bó với công việc của họ hoặc công ty.

Giải quyết vấn đề kết nối nhân viên

• Cung cấp các cơ hội đào tạo và phát triển – Những nhân viên cảm thấy họ đang trưởng thành và phát triển trong công ty sẽ có nhiều khả năng cảm thấy được kết nối hơn. Tạo cơ hội đào tạo, phát triển kỹ năng và thăng tiến nghề nghiệp.

Identifying Employee Connection Issues

1. Observe and monitor behavior for signs of disengagement, such as not attending meetings or social events, poor communication, and decreased productivity.
2. Survey of employee feedback on how connected they are with the company and colleagues.
3. Analyze the leave rate, if high results mean employees are not connected with the company or their colleagues.
4. Track absenteeism, if it happens often, employees are completely disengaged from their jobs or the company.

Solving Employee Connection Issues

1. Encourage open and honest communication between employees and managers. Conduct the sharing meeting or regular meetings, one-on-one sessions, and team-building activities
2. Create an environment in which employees  feel valued and appreciated . This can be achieved through recognition programs, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career development.
3. Encourage employees to work together and collaborate on projects. This can be achieved through team-building exercises, project management tools, and group brainstorming sessions.
4.  Provide training and development opportunities  – Employees who feel they are growing and developing within the company are more likely to feel connected. Provide opportunities for training, skill development, and career advancement.

By identifying and addressing employee connection issues, companies can create a positive and productive work environment, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and improved business performance.
