Cắt giảm nhân sự ảnh hưởng lớn đến kết quả kinh doanh

Từ cuối năm 2022, không chỉ các doanh nghiệp công nghệ thông tin lớn ngoài nước, một số doanh nghiệp Việt Nam đã cắt giảm lượng lớn nhân lực.

Tập đoàn Đất Xanh đã phải  giảm nhân sự nhiều nhất trong năm. Tính đến cuối năm 2022, lượng nhân sự của Tập đoàn là 3.773 người. Như vậy, chỉ trong 3 tháng giảm 3.191 người, tương đương giảm gần 46% so với cuối tháng 9/2022 và giảm 2.660 người so với cuối năm 2021, tương đương 41,4%

CTCP Tập đoàn Đầu tư Địa ốc Nova (NVL) ghi nhận lượng nhân sự 1.404 người vào cuối năm 2022, trong khi đó, cuối quý II con số này là 1.932, tương đương đã giảm 528 người.

Tính đến cuối năm 2022, CTCP Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt (PDR) có 355 nhân sự, giảm 15,5% so với cuối tháng 9/2022, tương đương 67 người.

Di động - điện tín 
Trong báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất quý IV/2022, quy mô nhân sự của TGDĐ thu hẹp còn 73.202 nhân viên. Điều này đồng nghĩa chỉ trong vòng 3 tháng, TGDĐ đã cắt giảm hơn 7.000 nhân viên, tương đương 4%.

Xe điện
VinFast cho biết đang cắt giảm quy mô lực lượng lao động tại Mỹ giữa lúc hãng xe điện này tiến hành tái cơ cấu hoạt động tại thị trường nước ngoài.

Mặc dù theo Tình hình tuyển dụng gần nhất, các doanh nghiệp đều tuyển một lượng nhất định nhân - chủ yếu tập trung vào vị trí nhân sự cấp cao, nhưng vẫn ảnh hưởng không nhỏ đến quy mô và chất lượng nhân sự khi triển khai công việc. 

Khi này tinh thần tâm lý, hiệu suất và sự chủ động của nhân viên có khả năng không như mong đợi hay trạng thái công việc trước, điều này tạo ra lỗ hổng nhân sự mà doanh nghiệp cần tốn thêm một khoảng thời gian để giải quyết.

In the real estate industry, Dat Xanh Group had to reduce staff the most in the year. By the end of 2022, the number of employees of the Group is 3,773 people. Thus, in just 3 months, a decrease of 3,191 people, equivalent to a decrease of nearly 46% compared to the end of September 2022 and a decrease of 2,660 people compared to the end of 2021, equivalent to 41.4%.

Nova Real Estate Investment Group JSC (NVL) recorded 1,404 employees at the end of 2022, while at the end of the second quarter this number was 1,932, equivalent to a decrease of 528 people.

By the end of 2022, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (PDR) has 355 employees, down 15.5% compared to the end of September 2022, equivalent to 67 people.

In the consolidated financial statements of the fourth quarter of 2022, Mobile World Group's (MWG) staff size narrowed to 73,202 employees. This means that within 3 months, Mobile World Group's (MWG) has cut more than 7,000 employees, equivalent to 4%.

Besides that, VinFast said it is reducing the size of its workforce in the US amid the electric vehicle company restructuring its operations in foreign markets.

The state of staff reduction in Vietnam is still happening continuously, although according to the latest recruitment situation, businesses all recruit a certain number of employees - mainly focusing on senior positions, but still significant impact on the size and quality of personnel when deploying work, leading to less effective performance and initiative of employees than expected, and finally creating human resource gaps that enterprises need to spend. Take some more time to sort it out.
