Everyone loves doing having that but not willing put in the effort or learn the knowledge to do that. So that never turn into a reality. To make this happen first step is to pick the passion carefully. If you know what is actually your passion, then do research around the industry or community to realize what are the problems there. And then pick one of the problems and try to solve it with your capabilities. So here is the key point you have a set of capabilities which not be enough so you will also need to build up new capabilities.
