What do we have now ? and... what do we need ?

We spent our last 3 - 4 years doing research on existing medical service model. Then we run patient or customer feedback on multiple cities in Vietnam. During those feedback survey, we found -  8 out of 10 persons in average expressed their experiences with existing hospital service model as

"Terrible" 
We want to change that patient or customer experience in Vietnamese hospital. We will develop that service model in Vietnamese hospital where the patients or customers will express their experiences as  

"Wonderful"
