Why Do we need More Star Doctors and Dentists in Vietnam?

In our research we found that in Vietnam there are only 3 - 7% Doctors are really successful or they are star doctors. The rest are struggling to become successful. One of our project goal is to build more star doctors and dentist. If we successfully develop more start doctors and dentists, then there will be already a positive impact in to the service model.
