Why do doctors or dentists need Support model ?

In Vietnam doctors and dentists are medically skillful. The best students of the nation go for Medical University and study at their level best to gain the medical knowledge. The issue starts when they begin their professional life. At present there is no proper support model where they can up to date their knowledge in efficient way. As result it just become self study, self effort for doctors and dentists. 

In Vietnam hospital doctors and dentists treat around 70 - 120 patients a day. Treating so many patients definitely give doctors and dentist a lot of opportunities to test their skills and learn new cases. However, as they are treating so many patients, they can't spend enough time per patient. At results dissatisfaction among the patients. A world class support model really needed in medical service mode, which will help doctors to make the best use of time and also help patients to get quality feedbacks, supports and advices in timely manner.
