VSHR has designed this people development scholarship program to offer the next level leadership role, which is aligned to your career path to mentor you and also let you practice, execute those in real life projects to prepare yourself for your career's next level. You will have practical work experience, master sessions, performance evaluation/feedback to prepare your next career goal. All the sessions during weekend so you will be doing your career job as well.
This is not a theory but it's always happening. Last year VSHR did a pilot of this program, handful scholars got promoted their job, realigned their career. This year VSHR will accommodate 10 - 15 scholars for this program to develop their career. So It's your turn now !! |

VSHR believes that Education is a weapon to empower the human kind to solve the different problems which is hurting our human race, stopping us to move forward our development. That's why VSHR provide scholarship and funding support for students, professionals with the vision to establish a better people development for Vietnam. The mission of VSHR Academy is to make Vietnam successful on United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 (Education).
VSHR provided scholarship, educational support on 2018, total value of 3,000,000,000 VND. For 2019 season VSHR academy aims to provide support, scholarship which total value of 5,000, 0000,000 VND (5 billion VND). |
