Responsibility
The Technical Lead is responsible to handle complex software programs implementation; Makes, applies and documents detailed designs based on high-level design specification; Plans, executes and documents unit tests; Is accountable for unit test leakage; Report status and issues; Contributes to system component design and design decisions.

Job Description

Can play Technical Lead role in project teams.
To communicate project technical issues, progress, and support with clients.
To lead the team in development area:
Provide practical instructions for design specification.
Perform coding, code reviewing, and code refactoring to comply with the established coding quality standard of the company.
Review unit test cases, unit test reports before release for testing.
Conduct and maintain detailed design and component/service design documents.
Perform trainings/seminars for team members to support their work.
To self-train on new technologies.
To support tasks assigned by Line Manager, Project Manager & Technical Manager:
Perform trainings/seminars/presales for company.
Obtain professional certificates.
Ability to train new skills for project teams if any new technologies required based on project roadmap.

Qualifications

Vietnamese only
Communication in English
University degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
5+ year experience NodeJS competence (Linux, MySQL/MongoDb, etc.).
Good knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, code quality and coding standard.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax (object oriented with JavaScript, HTML standard compliance, newer HTM5/CSS3).
Having experience in developing of NodeJS, at least one NodeJS framework such as Express, Hapi, Meteor, etc.
Strong knowledge of web service development (RESTful).
Strong knowledge of security, performance optimization in web development.
Good knowledge of Linux, web application deployment and maintenance.
Good knowledge about TDD, BDD and hand-on experience on unit test.
Good to have additional skills:

- Hand-on development experience in one of architecture model: Microservices, service-oriented, event-driven.
- Experience in cloud-based application development – specially AWS, enterprise integration.
- Experience of containerization (Docker) and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Experience on any JavaScript Front-end framework (Angular/React/Vue).

Job Description

To design, document, and implement technical solutions for various type/size systems, and be fully aware of the integration, maintenance, and migration aspects;
To be the escalation point for technical issues of all technical issues in the project;
To provide software architecture design;
To ensure compliance with architecture design;
To set guidelines, review architecture alternatives, and perform technical evaluations;
To spend time as a technical leader/software architect in projects directly and on a daily basis;
Communicating project technical issues and progress with clients and help clients in technical support;
To self-train on new technologies and develop the new skills for project teams if any new technologies are required based on the project roadmap;
To implement strictly all the customer’s processes if being requested, the company’s processes and systems complied with CMMi standard;
To support for presales activities (technical proposal and estimation);
To support recruitment in the company;
To perform training/seminars.

Qualifications

Vietnamese only
Communication in English

Very strong knowledge about the nature of mobile applications (compare to desktop development or web development) and devices;
Expert in many mobile development platforms/frameworks such as Android, iOS, Xamarin, React Native, Flutter, IONIC/PhoneGap, Cordova;
Lots of collective knowledge about existing mobile applications so have more ideas how a mobile application should be;
Experienced in developing many types of platforms (Android, iOS) and applications (such as multimedia, games, or productivity apps);
Experienced in market registration, review, and deployment process;
Experienced in convert or extend desktop applications to the mobile application.

Senior Automation Test Engineer

Job Description 

Build automated testing tools and scripts for driving application tests.
Define, develop, implement, and maintain the automation test scripts.
Record and maintain source control of automation scripts.
Participate in review of project requirements to understand test objectives, to provide input on testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities.
Provide the testing approach, develop the automation test strategy, testing framework for automation testing projects..
Design the test case, writing the automation scripts.
Provide training and mentoring to test automation engineers. This includes conducting code reviews, training test automation engineers on new coding and testing methodologies, guidelines, and best practices.
Contribute to the building of continuous Integration (CI) environment and ongoing Process improvement activities.
Collaborative with the project team to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, design automated tests, and troubleshoot issues.
Participate in project meetings to discuss and agree on automation testing approaches.
Do manual testing when the project needed.

Qualifications

University level with bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Understand the different kinds of Test automation frameworks and automated testing approaches.
Have 3+ years of experience in automation testing for web or mobile applications.
Experience in building the automation test framework using Selenium WebDriver
Proficiency in using automation test by scripting with any object-oriented programming language
Experience in working with agile/scrum methodology at least 1 year.
Good English communication (3/5)

Nice to Have:

ISTQB Certificate or equivalence.
Experience in working with the CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, Git, or equivalent)
Experience in Automated API Testing, Performance Testing and Security Testing
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
